"MONKEY" BREAD

1    small box butterscotch instant pudding
1    small box vanilla instant pudding
w Cup brown sugar - firmly packed
4 Cup sugar
1 Tablespoon cinnamon
24    frozen dinner rolls, cut in halves or thirds *
1 Cup chopped pecans - divided
2 Cup (1 stick) butter - melted

Spray a tube pan (angle food cake pan) with non-stick coating. Place 2 Cup pecans
in the bottom of the pan.
In a small bowl, combine the pudding mixes and brown sugar. In a second
small bowl, combine the sugar and cinnamon.
Drop 2 of the chopped dinner rolls into the pan. Sprinkle the dinner rolls with
2 each of the sugar mixtures and then the pecans. Cover with a clean cloth and let rise
overnight or 6 - 8 hours. **
Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes. Let stand in the pan for at
least 15 minutes before removing from the pan ***

* Helpful Hint: Thaw the dinner rolls slightly or use kitchen shears dipped in Hot
water to cut then. If using a paring knife, always use a cutting board.

** Helpful Hint: Room temperature and outside weather and temperature will affect
the rising process. When the mixture doubles/triples in size, it is ready to bake.

*** Helpful Hint: If the bread isn't allowed to "set-up", it will not retain it's shape when
turned onto platter or tray.

WARNING: The baked bread is extremely hot and gooey and could easily burn the flesh
if it isn't allowed to cool down and "set-up".
