Fadely's Finger Lickin' Fixin's

"Philly" Cheese Ball
 

Base:
2 = 8 oz. packages regular cream cheese
1 = 6 oz. jar Old English Cheese
1    Tablespoon onion juice
1    Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
 

Add: one of the following

1 = 6 oz. jar Roka Blue cheese
1 = 6 oz. jar Pineapple cheese
1 = 6 oz. jar Bacon cheese
1 = 6 oz. jar Jalapeno cheese

Or one of your choice

Blend well at room temperature using electric hand mixer. Refrigerate
overnight or several hours. Roll into ball and sprinkle with parsley flakes,
paprika, or chili powder. Serve with assorted crackers.
