Breakfast Burritos

1 lb.           Sausage
7 - 8           Eggs
1 bundle   Chopped Green Onions
1  can        Green Chilies, chopped - small can, no juice
1  can        Black Olives, chopped - small can, no juice
2 cups       Grated Monterey Jack Cheese, Cheddar or Jalapeno Cheese
Flour Tortillas

Cheese Dip

1 lb.          Processed Cheese, chunked
1 10 oz.    Rotel
1 Tbls.      Milk

Brown sausage in a large skillet. Drain grease. Save sausage in a bowl.
Scramble eggs in skillet, chopping into smaller pieces. Add sausage,
green onions, chilies, and black olives.

Spoon sausage mixture into tortillas, fold and roll.
Heat 1 minute in microwave and serve topped with Cheese dip.

Cheese Dip
In micro safe bowl combine and heat processed cheese chunks,
Rotel and milk stirring often until melted.
