Home Made Pizza

2 3/4 to 3 1/4    cups all-purpose flour
1  package active dry yeast
1  cup warm water (120º to 130º)
3  tablespoons olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
Pizza Sauce
1/2  cup chopped onions
Pitted rip olives (cut in half)
1 cup sliced fresh Mushrooms
Chopped Green Pepper
2 to 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 to 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 cup  Romano, Parmesan, Provolone and/or Cheddar cheese
              (single or in combinations)
1 lb ground beef, ground pork, Italian sausage, browned and drained
      pepperoni or Canadian bacon (single or in combinations)

Oven  375º
11x7x1 1/2 -inch or 9x9x2 -inch pans (two pans)

In large bowl combine 1 1/4 cup flour, salt, yeast. Add warm water and olive oil
mix until blended. Work in remaining flour.
Divide in half.
(Can roll out on floured surface and sprinkle with corn meal if desired.)
Prepare pans with coating of olive oil. Spread 1/2 of dough in each pan building
edges slightly. Cover and let let rise until double.
Bake in oven at 375º for 20 to 25 minutes.
Spread Pizza sauce over dough, sprinkle meat, vegetables top
with cheese. Bake in oven at 375º for 15 to 20 minutes more, till bubbly.
