2003 Floyds' Market Chile Cook-off Recipe
3 lbs. Ground Chuck
1/2
Diced Bell Pepper
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Black Pepper
1/4 tsp. Minced Garlic
Brown ground chuck with bell pepper, salt, black pepper and minced garlic.
Add:
1 can Best Choice chile style
tomatoes
1 tsp Chopped Jalapeno
Peppers
1 can Best Choice Tomato
Sauce
1 can Best Choice Mexican
Style Chile Beans
3 pks. Always Save chile seasoning
1/2 can Beef Broth
1/2 cup Chile Powder
2 tsps. Cumin
Simmer until ready to eat.
